I am trying a more whole foods diet myself. As far as the drug Lyrica, If you decide to take it, watch carefully for side effects. I could not take it and I know many others that could not. However, I do know of people who take it and says it works great. So do your research and be your own judge. Good luck,
JeannaJeannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09572890083660980187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6377613380292424277.post-34048807096511808262012-06-26T19:07:12.221-07:002012-06-26T19:07:12.221-07:00Hi Rosario,

For me it is all about taking baby steps, I thought about doing a full-on cleanse but that seemed overwhelming (which is so not what I need right now!) I also thought about doing an elimination diet to see if there are certain foods that are troublesome for me personally (like that found on www.TheWholeApproach.com) but again, overwhelming. For now, doing this on my own by restricting myself from the main culprits such as salt, sugar, and dairy will be a step in the right direction. I'd be interested to find out more about what you are trying as well. Check back tomorrow, I'll show you what I ate on my first day!
Night,
TamarLadies Holidayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05861380625452005012noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6377613380292424277.post-69961597077664494692012-06-26T18:58:12.678-07:002012-06-26T18:58:12.678-07:00Hi, for some reason your post stood out to me. And recently Beachbody came out with something called the Ultimate Reset. A program that cleanses you. You stop eating certain foods and start eating clean foods. I have not yet tried the program. I'm saving up for it. But if I could do it on my own without purchasing the program, for now, it will be great. Saves me lots of money. I will be following your blog to see how you are doing.Rosariohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16528090324207491623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6377613380292424277.post-41142788543077364132012-06-26T18:46:02.220-07:002012-06-26T18:46:02.220-07:00I'm sorry to hear you are having a flare up to...I'm sorry to hear you are having a flare up too! Having a newborn will certainly contribute to feeling exhausted, oooh boy do I know how that is (my youngest just turned 1.) I have been on the "cleanse" for a couple of days now and have been keeping myself to a strict schedule of going to bed and waking up at the same time, it is already making a big difference. Hope to hear from you again and best of luck to you and your sweet little one!!
xoxo,
TamarTamarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05144058897697608422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6377613380292424277.post-82025880168101253402012-06-25T03:44:28.207-07:002012-06-25T03:44:28.207-07:00We are so similar! About a year ago, I discovered that my diet was a huge culprit in making me feel bad. I didn't have any flare-ups (as long as I ate right) for a really long time. I, too, was starting to think maybe I didn't have FMS. This week has been really tough, though. So discouraging. I have a newborn and have had a lot of company. I haven't been sleeping right and I've been working out too hard, and I'm feeling the effects of it. I can't wait to hear your updates!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00351458719649857117noreply@blogger.com
